Imran Khan Foundation launches relief work in rain-hit Badin

KARACHI: : About 1000 families of Badin were provided emergency food rations to tide them over the Eid holidays. The misery of the rain affected persons in District Badin has been compounded by the second spell of Monsoon that unleashed torrential rains.

Imran Khan Foundation has been active in the distribution of relief in the Districts of Thatta and Badin since after the first spell and it today pro

vided additional relief to the people stranded in inundated villages.

Over 1000 families in UC Garho, Badin 1 and Rahoki were provided withration hampers, while more assistance is being planned for the devastated areas of Talhar, Tarai and Kadan.

Imran Khan Foundation has also provided medical supplies to community based organizations working in the rain hit district.
