According to sources, the Lahore police presented in the court of the sessions judge a complete charge sheet of Davis, maintaining that the investigations into the case had proved the murder charges against the U.S. national, the channel reported. Davis did not act in self-defence, the charge sheet added. However Pakistan has a stance that this issue is subjudice and law will prevail in this regard.
