PESHWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Education Sardar Hussain Babak has stressed upon the teachers community to perform their duty with full devotion and sincerity so that to flourish the future generation on sound footings enabling them to face the future challenges amicably.
This he said while talking to a delegation of newly elected office bearers of Subject Specialists of Hazara Division, which met him at his office Friday. The delegation led by Basharat Khan while apprising the Minister of their problems, declared the cluster system as a best one in the province and thanked the Minister for his efforts for its successes.
The Minister was of the view that this system would yield better and positive changes for ensuring presence of teachers in the schools and enhancing of study prospective.
Referring to the demands, Mr. Babak said that during their 2 and half years government. Promotion of teachers have been made to such an extent that neither the past 50 years history could present its precedent nor any government has paid heed to it in the past.
The delegation also apprised the Provincial Minister about the sub-standard teaching method and related problems of girl’s students in the Government Girls Secondary School, Ghari Habibullah. The Minister directed the EDO Mansehra to initiate action against the Principal and staff of the school accordingly.
The Minister was also informed about the results and performance of higher secondary schools of Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra Districts. Babak called upon the teachers to work with full dedication and missionary zeal & zest and with full confidence to prepare the younger generation for meeting the future challenges by proper guidance of the students, he concluded.-SANA
