Country faces difficulties due to govt unserious manner

LAHORE: President of PNL-Q and Senator Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain while expressing his concern about law and order situation in Swat, said the country had reached on the verge of destabilization due to lack of interest, confusion and unserious manner of the coalition government.

In his statement released on Friday, he said about 6 lacs people of NWFP had displaced due uncertain policies of the government and they were compelled to live in misery. “The present government has no clear policy. The people who opposed the military operation are also compelling to conduct military operation against the militants”, he said.

Chaudhry Shujaat said the government did not inform the people before starting operation due to which they were facing bad conditions. He established a relief fund for these people and also announced to give Rs one million for them form his pocket.

This relief fund is aimed to provide immediate relief to those people who were internally displaced due to ongoing military operation against the militants. In this connection, central camp has been set up in PML-Q central office. He appealed to all the supporters and other people for full cooperation. NNI
