ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has promised lifting of the Governor Rule from Punjab soon, adding that his government has no objections over formation of government by any party in the province. In his address to Senate Gilani said the government has no objection over the long march as People’s Party had itself organize marches in the past, he however urged the organizers to keep the march peaceful.
He said the government will back the unanimous bill for the 17th constitutional amendment. Gilani said the talk of clash between Sindh and Punjab is dangerous. He said the PPP members will sit on opposition benches if the party failed to prove its majority in the provincial assembly.-SANA
