Article 58-2 B to be ended soon: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yosuf Raza Gilani said that there were different of opinions between PML-N and PPP but both the parties wanted the restoration of judges who would be reinstated and the nation would listen to good news very soon. “The PML-N reservations would be removed and it ministers were better working relations and they would return to the federal cabinet shortly” he added. He said that he was in contact with PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, adding that there were differences over procedure about the restoration of the judges. “The 58-2 B would be ended when they get two-third majority” he announced. The Prime Minister pointed out that they could not make their relations cold with President in the presence of article 58-2 B.

About lawyers’ community movement, Yousuf Raza Gilani said that he was also part of the lawyers’ movement and they long with lawyers. “The lawyers have no need to launch movement as the judges would be restored soon” he added. About terrorism and extremism, the Prime Minister said that Law Ministry received the summery about investigation into assassination of Benazir Bhutto through the UN and they would contact with the UN very soon and added he was personally supervising it and instructions were given to foreign ministry.

He pledged the government was trying to resolve all basic problems of the masses which were created by the previous government and promised the relief would be given to the people. The Prime Minister said that he was in favour power save as he could tolerate the heat as he spent time in jail. He said that the federal cabinet decision would be implemented and the ACs of PM House, Secretariat would be switch up.
