ISLAMABAD: ZONG, which held a grand ceremony on April 5, has failed to provide satisfactory services to its customers. First of all access to its call center is almost impossible and secondly attitude of its personnel is not suitable besides poor coverage packages.
A customer of former PakTel said that the previous package was far better than provided by the ZONG. He said, “I tried for a week to contact ZONG’s call center but couldn’t succeeded even after attempting for several hours a day. Finally, I went to their call center in Islamabad at 3:00 hrs. I was dealt inside the office as a culprit has made intrusion into the place.”
Another customer says that its service quality is not satisfactory as its services are not available at ease when you need it. He cited the example that whenever, he wanted to change Happy Hour “Your present status (Choice of hours) is this and then no change or change after sometime” was responded.
While many customers complained that usage of its packages are so complex and call center agents never remained available for help. However, some hoped that the company will improve its services with the passage of time as it was a new brand in Pakistan. -SANA
