Man involved in Arbab’s manhandling arrested

KARACHI: The police have arrested Wednesday Agha Javed Pathan who was allegedly involved in manhandling of Former Chief Minister Sindh Dr. Arbab Ghulam Rahim during Sindh Assembly session.

Agha Javed Pathan was arrested from a flat at Khayaban-e-Badar of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in a successful raid on a tip-off that he was hiding in a flat in the Defense. Javed Pathan has been shifted to Preedy Police Station, the sources said.

The police were under immense pressure to arrest Agha Javed Pathan who had accepted his involvement in manhandling of Arbab that resulted in a shameful and embarrassing situation for the government.-SANA
