Mobilink disappoints consumers

ISLAMABAD: In an effort to gain number one position among mobile phone companies and to gain maximum profit, Mobilink has started providing sub-standard service to its consumers. The consumers are facing difficulties in miss call alert, Blackberry and GPRS scheme. The consumers are being looted through various prize offers. The most effected consumers are media persons and businessmen.

According to details the Mobilink makes announcements to expand its network every other day, however, its service is deteriorating day by day. The Mobilink is earning billions of rupees annually, however, it is not spending a single penny to improve its service. It may be added here that Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has issued notices to Mobilink for its poor service many a time and also fined it. However, the company has failed to improve its service.

Mobilink’s service is out of order for the last one week. When Umer Manzoor, PRO of the company was contacted, he advised to contact 111.-SANA
