ISLAMABAD: Member Planning and Development, Brigadier Nasratullah has resigned from army in order to continue in civil capacity as a CDA member. Nasratullah resigned from army while summary for his re-induction has been sent to the Prime Minster for approval. According to sources the official joined CDA in 2004 on deputation for three years that was extended for another year. His resignation came after the orders of the army chief to the serving officials to report back to army within eight months, Brigadier Nasratullah expressed his wish to continue with CDA while resigning form army top slot.
Nasratullah will be given his previous charge as CDA Member Planning and Development once the summary is approved by the incumbent Prime Minister Syed Yusaf Raza Gillani.-SANA
