ISLAMABAD: Setting aside apprehensions about the flour crises, Senior Vice President PML (Q )and former Information Minister Mohammad Ali Durrani says that issues will hardly affect results. Talking to a private TV channel here Monday, he said PML (Q) would not only manage to form a government in the center but also in all four provinces after getting help and support from both new and old allies.
Durrani also claimed his party would play a positive role in holding free and fair elections. He termed allegations of rigging by Nawaz League and PPP as confessional statements of their defeat. Durrani said 70 per cent of the total vote was anti-PPP.
He said his patry felt it would have no problem in regaining the same position after the February 18 elections. Durrani said that the PPP was faced with a double setback as the leadership was now divided on the issue of their candidate for premiership.-SANA
