ISLAMABAD: Attorney General Malik Qayyum Friday said that basic rights will be fully restored when President Pervez Musharraf lifts state of emergency Saturday. According to a private TV channel, Malik Qayyum said that basic restrictions would end when the emergency is lifted. He said that people will again be able to go the courts to challenge rights violations. He however, made it clear that no legal challenges to the emergency order would be allowed.
