Dictatorship to end very soon: Ejaz

RAWALPINDI: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Azad Jammu & Kashmir Sardar Ejaz Afzal has said that the era of dictatorship will end and democracy and rule of law in the country will be restored very soon. Addressing a monthly meeting of District Ameers of Jamat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir, he said that Pervez Musharraf has violated the constitution and laws of the country through his unconstitutional measures to save and prolong his dictatorship.

He said that Pervez Musharraf targeted the judiciary, the legislature and the media. “Musharraf regime is the black regime of Pakistan history while a group of sycophants in Kashmir is busy in appreciating his every unconstitutional step,” he further said. He said that uncertainty prevailing in the country was due to the unwise policies of Pervez Musharraf.

He said that Kashmiri students are studying in open air in the biting cold due to absence schools and colleges building in earthquake affected areas of Azad Kashmir. He said that there is not even a single project complete in affected areas, while the rulers are making tall claims for big projects of rehabilitation and reconstruction, and this behavior of AJK rulers is condemnable.

Ejaz Afzal instructed Districts Ameers to maintain data regarding the government corruptions and to come out for the rights of masses. He emphasized on District Ameers to struggle for resolving of masses issues.
