KARACHI: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) challenged the government decision barring Party’s Chief Imran Khan’s entry into Sindh Province.PTI Provincial President Zubair Khan has filed a petition against the decision in the Sindh High Court pleading that under the law and constitution of Pakistan every citizen has the right to move freely from one city to another.

He blamed the Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) for taking political revenge of Imran Khan by imposing ban on his entry to the province. “The ban on Imran was imposed in May for a month but advisor of the Interior Ministry who belonged to MQM extended the ban for its political vendetta,” he added. It is pertaining to remember that the Sindh government sent back Imran Khan from Karachi to Islamabad in early September and had arrested dozens of party activists.-SANA
