ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s high commissioner to India Shahid Malik Sunday said that peace and stability cannot be sustainable without resolving disputes hindering the Pak-India relations. According to sources, Pakistan’s high commissioner to India Shahid Malik has said that Pakistan is committed to play a pivotal role in promoting peace and stability in the South Asian region.
He expressed these views at Indian National Defence College in New Delhi. He said until the solution of hindering disputes could be solved between the two neighboring countries, peace and stability could not be sustainable. Referring to Pakistan’s efforts towards this end, he said its foremost objective over the years had been peaceful resolution of all disputes with India, including Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.-SANA
