The DAWN Group of Newspapers, published by the Pakistan Herald Publications (Pvt.) Limited (PHPL) was founded by the Quaid-e-Azam, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the father of the nation. The group began its publication, the DAWN newspaper, in 1947 immediately after independence and has ever since emerged as one of the high brow English Newspaper of pakistan with huge circulation. This newspaper has a wide readership because it is trend setter and its editorials always choose an independent and pro Pakistan policy.
