Sindh CM for necessary steps to protect lives, property of people
KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, has directed the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to take necessary steps for the protection of the lives and property of the people. He was talking to the Acting Director General of Rangers, Sindh, Brig. Zafar Iqbal, who called on him at the CM House here on Thursday
Brig. Zafar briefed the Chief Minister regarding the law and order situation in Karachi and other parts of the province since Wednesday night. He said that personnel of Rangers have been deployed and they were performing their duties. Qaim Ali Shah also appealed to the people to remain peaceful and avoid taking law in their own hands as government was also taking full steps to contain the situation in the city and elsewhere in the province.
