NEW DELHI: Even after the Common Wealth Games ended, the rift between Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah and Shuja-ud-Din Malik could not end, and the latter announced his retirement. The Weight Lifter Shuja-ud-Din Malik said that Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah created hurdles in his way as he was fully prepared for the games.

According to a private television channel, he said that he had been preparing for the games for last 2-3 years and he wanted to improve his record. But he was under pressure due to bad attitude of chef de mission.-SANA
