In Upper House Awami National Party leveled allegation and held MQM responsible for target killing in Karachi. The senators criticized the intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies for their inability in curbing the menace of terrorism, target killings and violence in Karachi city.

It is in the interest of MQM that the killers of Dr Imran Farooq slain leader of MQM must be exposed to see hands behind his killing, and it will also put an end to the different type of rumors moving around. In my view all political parties, instead leveling allegations on each other, should sit together and settle their differences on table and not on street.

The innocent citizen who were being killed in Karachi were not the representatives of any particular political party, rather they were Pakistanis. For God sake have mercy on citizen of Karachi and do not divide them in regional groups. In forth coming elections they would be your prospective voters.
