ISLAMABAD: The officers of Pakistan Army took charges of their new responsibilities as postings and transfers were made at the high level.
Sources said Lieutenant General Waheed Arshad has been appointed as the Chief of General Staff while Lt. Gen Hammed Haider was entrusted the responsibility of Commander Army Strategic Force Command. Lt Gen Tariq Khan, General Zaheer Ul-Islam and Raheel Sharif were respectively made the Corp Commanders of Mangla, Karachi and Gujranwala.-SANA
