ISLAMABAD: Lollywood Film and TV actress Vena Malik said that she received threatening calls for providing evidences to International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding Pakistani Pace bowler Muhammad Asif alleged match fixing scandal. She claimed that she had received an e-mail wherein stated that she must observe silence on alleged spot fixing saga before the media, otherwise she would put to death.

Vena, Asif ex-girl friend further said that after receiving the threatening calls she did not sleep the whole night. She made it public that she apprised Pakistan Cricket Board eight month ago about the alleged match fixing scandal, however the board tuned a deaf ear and did not take any action in this regard.-SANA
