ISLAMABAD: Sufi Muhammad, the Chief of Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e- Muhammadi (TNSM) has said that his faction believes in Shariah rather than the democracy. While talking to a private TV Channel, he said that TNSM wants implementation of Shariah in Malakand Division adding that the Qazis appointed by the provincial government for Darul Qaza were Judges and their appointment “was not in accordance Islam.â€
The TNSM has dissociated it from the set up of Darul Qaza and appointment of Qazis in Malakand. Earlier, chairing a meeting of his faction in Amandara, Sufi regretted that the government didn’t consult TNSM over the matter.
