SRINAGAR: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) of Indian occupied Kashmir condemned the controversial statement passed by BJP candidate Veron Gandhi on Thursday. (JI) Spokesman Advocate Zahid ALI said that Veron Gandhi’s embarrassing speech had not only targeted the Muslims but also other minorities of India.

Zahid ALI said that Veron statement showed that all the minorities were unsecured in India adding that this kind of statements could set ablaze the sectarian crisis in India. Moreover, he put blame on Veron’s mother Monika Gandhi that she was also involved in sectarian crisis since many years.-SANA
