One cop killed two hurt in attack on police post

PESHAWAR: One policeman was killed and two were injured when extremists blown up their check post with explosives in Mthran, a suburban area of Peshawar city. According to police, the check post was blown up by unknown extremist with explosives killing one police personnel and injuring two others.
The deceased was identified as Muhammad Asif. The check post was completely destroyed in the blast. Police have started inquiry into the blast and search for the miscreants have been launched.-SANA
