High level meeting reviews security situation in NWFP
PESHAWAR: A high level meeting held here on Monday reviewed law and order situation in the NWFP. Provincial Governor Owais Ahmed Ghani, Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti and Corp Commander Peshawar Lt. General Muhammad Masood Aslam also attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the law and order situation in certain areas of district Swat and reiterated that the operation in Swat will continue till the achievement of all the objectives. It also expressed the firm resolve to protect life and property of the peaceful citizens.
The meeting expressed its concern over the damages of public property by the miscreants including large number of schools, bridges, hospitals, which deprived innocent children from education and people from health and communication facilities. This reflects the malicious designs of miscreants for creating anarchy and destruction of state and society.-SANA
