EC declares Maulana Atta-Ur-Rehman as successful

ISLAMABAD): The Election Commission has issued notification of the victory of MMA candidate Maulana Atta-ur- Rehman. According to the notification issued on Thursday, the EC declared Maulana Atta-ur- Rehman victorious from NA-25 Tank. It may be recalled that Maulana Atta-ur- Rehman is brother of JUI Amir Maulana Fazalur Rehman and his opponent candidate Sardar Omar Farooq changed his victory result in the Supreme Court. The apex court declared him successful on the recounting petition.-SANA

The DAWN Group of Newspapers, published by the Pakistan Herald Publications (Pvt.) Limited (PHPL) was founded by the Quaid-e-Azam, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the father of the nation.
