ISLAMABAD: Federal law Minister Farooq H. Naek has the resolution for the restoration of deposed judges could be tabled in the Parliament even before the budget session. Talking to newsmen on Friday, Farooq Naek pointed out that the joint session of Parliament would be convened at the earliest in the light of Murree Declaration. ”Only the Parliament is competent to arrive at a decision with regard to the judges’ restoration” he added.The Law Minister said that the resolution or constitutional bill is passed the better it will be for the interest of the nation.-SANA
