ISLAMABAD: Renowned constitutional expert Fakhrauddin G. Ibrahim Monday decided to quit as member of judges restoration committee. The former governor Sindh and well-known lawyer decided to dismember himself from the committee on differences with other members, sources said.
Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim said he had reservations in connection with the committee and that is why “I have decided not to be the part of it.” He said Federal Minister for Law, Farooq H. Naek will be the right person to say as to why I made this decision.
