ISLAMABAD: Federal capital to be decorated in a befitting manner to welcome the arrival of the Olympic torch here on April 16. Pakistan Olympic Association met Saturday in Pakistan Sport Complex where Capital Development Authority was directed to decorate and beautify the capital.

According to the plan, on April 16, Olympic torch will be taken from Parade Ground in front of Parliament House to Pakistan Sports Complex in an overwhelming procession while the ceremony would be celebrated in Liaqat Gymnasium allowing live telecast. Torch bearing ceremony is a prelude to the Olympic Games that are to take place in China this year.-SANA
