PEMRA administrative control given again to Cabinet Division

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister Mohammadmian Soomro has transferred the administrative control of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to Cabinet Division. Cabinet Secretariat issued notification said that the administrative control of PEMRA stands transferred from the Information and Broadcasting Division to the Cabinet Division under section III, rule III of the rules of business 1973.
It is worth mentioning here that administrative control of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) was transferred from Cabinet Division to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting about six months ago.-SANA
