SLAMABAD: Former bureaucrat Roedad Khan has said that the Scotland Yard team finding supports claim made by Musharraf regime as British government needs his support in war on terror. The report creates doubts to save the credibility of the unpopular regime, he said while talking to VOG here.
“British government is supporting Musharraf because of so called war on terror. After the killing of Benazir Bhutto who was also liked by the West but as she is no more so the West needs Musharraf to secure its interest in South Asia,” he said.
About the credibility of the SLY report, he said, “No pathologist can judge the cause of death without autopsy. Scotland Yard team prepared the report without postmortem. Secondly, why the government had wiped out the crime scenes after the incident, in fact the government is trying to conceal the fact.”-SANA
