Qaiser new Pak envoy to Tajikistan

ISLAMABAD: The government of Pakistan Thursday announced the appointment of Khalid Usman Qaiser as Ambassador of Pakistan to the Republic of Tajikistan. Mr Qaiser holds a Bachelors degree in Arts and joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1985.
He served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1986-1989) and (1993-1995) and as Director (1995-1997) and (2003-2005). He also held diplomatic assignment at Embassy of Pakistan, Tunis (1989-1993), London (1997-1999) and Budapest (1999-2002). Presently he is serving as Minister in the Embassy of Pakistan, Berlin. He is married.-SANA
