ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court consisting of Chief Justice Mr Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Mr Justice Ejaz ul Hassan Khan and Mr Justice Ch Ijaz Yousaf has sought full details about the graduation exam of Intisar Hussain Bhatti, a candidate for the Punjab’s provincial assembly from Pindi Bhattian
During hearing on Wednesday, the court expressed its dissatisfaction over the submission of incomplete information by the Punjab University and directed its administration to provide complete record. Sharifuddin Pirzada Advocate represented Intisar Hussain Bhatti and Saiful Malook appeared before the court on behalf of the respondent.
The rival candidate had raised objections in connection the genuineness of Intisar Hussain Bhatti’s BA degree during the scrutiny of nomination papers.The case was adjourned till February 6.-SANA
