The bench consisting of Mr Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi, Mr Justice Muhammad Qaim Jan Khan and Mr Justice Muhammad Moosa K Leghari asked the civil court to decide the matter within three months.

These plots had been carved out of the incidental open land and out of the four plots, construction on three had already been completed. The court ordered that no construction on the fourth plot be initiated till the decision by the civil court.
