Govt to provide better environment for working children: Minister

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Caretaker Minister for Human Rights Ansar Burney has said that the government is striving hard to provide a better working environment to the working children. He was talking to the country manager of Save the Children Programme Syed Mehmood Asghar, who apprised the Minister in detail regarding the reformative programmes initiated by “Save the Children” in Pakistan.

The country manger told the Minister for Human Rights that his organization has specially introduced progremmes for the children of earthquake affected areas. The Minister expressed his deep interest in these programmes and stressed the need for close co-operation between government and Save the Children Organization so as to accommodate maximum number of children.-SANA
