Five children among seven hurt in Kamra suicide attack

KAMRA: A suicide bomber blew himself up close to a school bus here on Monday, injuring seven persons including five children, said Director General ISPR Major General Waheed Arshad. According to DPO Attock Tariq Hanif, a school bus was targeted by a suicide bomber driving a white colour car in Kamra Cantt. Five children, bus driver and conductor were injured in the attack.

Hanif said that the two injured children have been shifted to Kamra Cantonment Hospital for treatment. Security forces have cordoned off the area and started investigations. Confirming the incident, the DG ISPR Major General Waheed Arshad said the bus was carrying 30 to 35 children to school when it was attacked. The suicide attacker died in the incident, he said.-SANA
